The company’s management team has over 30years’ experience in residential property development including affordable housing and the provision of serviced stands.The Managing Director and management staff, together with a dedicated, cohesive team of specialist professionals and building contractors,manages all aspects of the development processes from the initial procurement of the land to the successful hand over of completed housing units to end users.
The successful completion of development schemes of high-quality homes within budget and achieving programmed completion dates, are the major factors which enable the company to sell units in our developments quickly and efficiently.
The project management team has extensive experience in a wide range of development projects such as the installation of services for residential erven in new townships, the construction of individual houses the construction of shopping centres and office parks.
