Rean Booysen completed the very successful upmarket Meyersdal Eco Estate comprising 282 stands including a clubhouse, tennis and squash courts and in-house nursery. This development involved the planning and layout of erven, the installation of sewer and stormwater systems, electrical networks and roadways for the entire Estate.Rehabilitation of disused crusher site and development of 64 fully serviced upmarket single residential stands.The initiation and planning of the above Estate, necessitated a close working relationship with various environmental organisations, as it involved the preservation of various red data plant species and economic land use components as well as determining the environmental impact the various developments would have on surrounding areas.
